A New Virus ?

I had a dream a few nights ago wher I saw what looked like a tornado but it was not in the United States instead it was in China and it was not coming from above but was ground based. To give this perspective, think of the old cartoons where you saw a tornado or dust devil that would pick up a cartoon character and carry him away.

I then saw this tornado leave China and head to the United States. Once it came to our shores I saw that it became a man in a suit. The man had, in his possession, a large suitcase. When he opened the suitcase I could see that the contents were that of a portable laboratory. I saw test tubes filled with liquids but did not know any specifics as to what they were. I then saw the man begin to take various tubes and begin to mix them together. When he was finished I saw a green smoke or fog, if you will, begin to arise out of the tube and begin to go out from it.
