Kingdom of God
Mar 4:26 And He said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;
Mar 4:27 and should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knows not how. No one but God can make a seed grow.
Mar 4:30 And He said, to what shall we compare the kingdom of God? Or by what parable shall we compare it?
Mar 4:31 It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, is less than all the seeds that are in the earth.
Mar 4:32 But when it has been sown, it grows up and becomes greater than all herbs, and shoots out great branches, so as to enable the birds of the air to roost under its shade. Look at the results of partnering with the Father in His garden.
Luk 17:20 And being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered and said, The kingdom of God does not come(erchomai- to come into being, arise, come forth, show itself, find place or influence) with observation. Seed sown into the ground can’t be seen. Jesus compared the kingdom of God to a mustard seed, the tiniest of all the seeds that are in the earth.
Luk 17:21 They can’t say, ‘Here it is!’ or ‘There it is!’ You see, the kingdom of God is within (entos- 1) within, inside 1a), within you, i.e. in the midst of you, 1b) within you, i.e. your soul) you.” Once again it is important to note Jesus words here, that the Kingdom of God does not come with observation for it is a mustard seed, the tiniest of all the seeds on the earth planted within the heart of an individual.
1Co 3:7 So then neither is he who plants anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase.
1Co 3:8 So he planting, and he watering, are one, and each one shall receive his own reward according to his own labor.
1Co 3:9 For of God we are fellow-workers, a field of God, and you are a building of God. We are given the privilege of being a worker in the field of God. We are charged with planting the Gospel seed and watering it . That is where our responsibility ends and God’s begins for only He can make the seed grow. Religion tries to cause growth to occur by guilt and manipulation which is destructive to the individual and definitely not pleasing to the Father, so don’t be quick to judge by the eyes, nor be quick to give up hope remember that the Kingdom of God comes without observation. Jesus says in John 7:24 “Stop judging by outward appearance! Instead, judge correctly.” You may never see the seed you planted come to fruition for God may have another to water the seed you planted. But He and only He can make it grow.
